If a company is not registered with Allianz Trade or its registration number in the Commercial Register is unknown, you can also search for a customer using the company name and address.

Please note:

In the “My Policy List” tab, use the CAP policy.

To identify the company clearly, you must provide the address of the company’s registered office (not the address of a registered branch or other secondary establishment).

If the company is not registered with Allianz Trade, select “Commercial Register EIN” in the “Nat. Identification” menu and enter the Enterprise Identification Number (if known) of the customer. You must enter the EIN of the head office, not that of a registered branch.

Enter the desired credit limit in the “Amount” field. Don’t forget to change the currency where applicable. You should also state whether any negative payment experiences have occurred.

Please check that the information displayed is correct. If the information is correct, confirm the limit request by clicking “Submit request!”. If it isn’t, you can use “Amend” to re-enter your information.
