1. Registration

To log in to “Collections Online”, our system for placing debts for collection, you will need a user ID and an initial password. We will email these to you the first time you place a debt with us for collection.

2. Create a case
After logging in, you will land on the main screen, where you can select a range of functions.
2.1. Create a collection case
To create a new collection case, select the “Create case” function. This takes you to the next page, where you can enter the details of the case.
Under “Case type”, select “insured” or “uninsured” in the same way as for your policy.
2.2. Debtor search
Enter search criteria to search for and select the debtor. The easiest way to do this is by entering the Allianz Trade ID.
If you can’t find your debtor, you can create a new debtor by selecting “Create New” and entering the required details.
Once you have entered all the debtor data on this screen, click “Next”.
2.3. Invoice items
If the collection mandate includes more than five invoices for the same debtor, you can upload them via “Total invoice”.
Otherwise, please use the “Invoice” option.
Finally, click “Create case” and the data you have entered will be sent directly to us.
3. Case overview and options
In the “Case” view, there are several options you can choose.
Click “New Message” to send a message to your debt collector, for instance if you need to send any additional documents.
Under “Messages”, you can see messages from your debt collector to you.
Click “Case” to see a full view of the details of the selected case.
“Summary” enables you to see a full view of how the case is progressing.
Under “Notes”, you can find any information that the debt collector has recorded about the case.
The “Payment summary” option displays all payments and costs.
Select “Payments received” to see all payments made by the debtor.
Under “Fees”, you can find the collection charges for the case as stipulated in your policy or your collection case.
The “Account” option shows you a summary of the outstanding invoices, the payments made to date and the current balance.
Under “Payment agreement” you can see the payment agreement made between Allianz Trade and the debtor.
