Select the customer either via the limit changes screen or by selecting “Report an overdue” in the quick menu in the top right corner. Or, if available, under “Last 25 decisions” on your main screen.

In the “General Information” area, state the name and telephone number of the contact person at your customer, the number of reminders sent and the date of the most recent action. The invoice details can be entered at the bottom.

Please make sure you select the correct currency. You can enter several invoices at once.

3.

Check your input and confirm the report.
