Select the customer either via the limit changes screen or by selecting “Report an overdue” in the quick menu in the top right corner. Or, if available, under “Last 25 decisions” on your main screen.

Select “Request an increase” from the bottom bar.

3.

Enter the desired new limit in the “Amount” field. Note that you will have to state again whether you have had any negative payment experiences. Confirm your changes.
